Tricia Iveson’s passion has long centered on the integration of data and disparate systems as applied to the Federal government and its role in serving American citizens. In 2013, she launched 10novate as a provider of automation solutions that enhance productivity and drive measurable outcomes for government customers.

Tricia Iveson’s passion has long centered on the integration of data and disparate systems as applied to the Federal government and its role in serving American citizens. In 2013, she launched 10novate as a provider of automation solutions that enhance productivity and drive measurable outcomes for government customers.
A former journalist, Tricia has more than 20 years’ experience assessing and developing government IT software and services solutions.
She holds two Masters degrees—one in Communications from the American University, the other in Science, Technology and Public Policy from the George Washington University—and holds current Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agilist (SAFe) certifications.
Ms. Iveson actively participates in the Professional Services Council and the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council. Since 2015, she has co-chaired the U.S. Department of State study team as part of PSC's annual Vision market forecast. She serves as the 2022 industry co-chair for the ACT-IAC Associates professional development program.

An entrepreneur and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting Federal government projects, Thomas Iveson leads the execution of 10novate’s strategy and software engineering practice. He provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are in-place to effectively grow 10novate and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Prior to specializing in software engineering, Thomas developed operational expertise by founding and leading Threedee, Inc., a former model-making company serving U.S. government clients. At 10novate, his customer and employee orientation promotes an environment driven toward creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
Thomas graduated from the University of Surrey in London, England, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and holds a DHS Trusted Tester certification.
